How a service call works

  1. Call or send a message

Tell us where you are and what's going on: locked out, a broken lock, or new hardware to install.

  2. A locksmith heads to you

We confirm the job and the cost with you, then send a locksmith to your door, office or car.

  3. Back in, and secure

We open, repair, rekey or replace on the spot, and make sure everything locks properly before we leave.

All five boroughs

We're a New York City locksmith, so we know walk-ups, doorman buildings, brownstones and storefronts. Pick your borough to see the neighborhoods we cover.

Questions we get a lot

Are you really open 24/7?

Yes. Call any time, including nights, weekends and holidays, and you'll reach a locksmith who can tell you when someone can get to you.

Which parts of New York City do you cover?

All five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island.

Can you open my door without damaging the lock?

Most lockouts can be opened without damage. If a lock is broken or a high-security cylinder can't be picked, we'll explain the options and the cost before doing anything.

Should I rekey or replace my locks?

If your locks work well and you just need old keys to stop working, rekeying is quicker and cheaper. If the hardware is worn, low quality or you want an upgrade like a smart lock, replacing makes more sense. We can advise on site.

Do you work with landlords, supers and businesses?

Yes. We work with individual tenants and homeowners as well as property managers and companies, including Fortune 500 clients.

Which lock brands do you work with?

We install and service the major residential and commercial brands, including Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Schlage, Yale, Sargent, Corbin Russwin and Von Duprin.

Locked out right now?
